Zhivitsa is a unity of authentic Russian song culture and avant-garde rock music. The philosophy of our music is based on traditions, embodied in vibrant, experimental musical forms and a contemporary sound, where authentic and distinctive female vocals are accentuated by the rich instrumentation of a live rock band.

Zhivitsa is a Russian rock band. We sing exclusively in our native language because it's how we speak, think, and feel. The power of the artistic images previously created by Russian culture is immense, and Zhivitsa is their ambassador. We are interested in ethnic musical and poetic legacy and the opportunity to share the beauty and melody of our native language with the world.

Zhivitsa is music for creative and thoughtful people.
